Why should I support this project on backerkit? Whats in it for me?

My plan is to keep these designs in my rotation for a few years, but it always depends on the demand and they could be discontinued early.

How do I qualify for the cross-collab incentives?

You must back this campaign and Blossom Buddies: Winter Delights (Pins & Plushies!) before both campaigns end to qualify for our special cross-collab pins. These will show up automatically in your cart during your survey!

How do I select what design that I want?

You will be sent a survey once the campaign is over where you may choose from any of the unlocked designs.

Will you sell orphaned baby pins without the moms?

I cant believe you would break up a darling family /j :p

During the campaign all pin sets will come with 1 mom and 3 babies.

Once the campaign is over and all the pins have been added to my store lizbiecafe.com, I will separate second grade mom pins and sell the babies as a set by themselves.

Does the bundle sticker tier qualify for freebies?

Yes all pledges qualify for both the cross collab pin freebie if you also back Blossom Buddies and the 48 hour pin banner if you pledge within 48 hours.

Please be aware shipping prices may go up as shipping is calculated by whole order weight!

Will I still get my freebies if I cancel and repledge?

Yes if you qualified for any freebies either by pledging in the first 48 hours or the collab freebie, they are tied directly to your backerkit account!

Do you ship to the EU?

Currently I do not meet the requirements for the new GPSR and cannot ship to EU countries. Please feel free to provide an address to a relative, friend, or shipping proxy you trust if you would like to ship items to the EU.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.

☆ PRODUCTION ☆
COLORS: The colors that you see on screen will not be the exact same that you see on your product, however the designs will be made as close as possible with production.
DEFECTS: Because the product making process is still mostly human-made there is always a chance of defects. All backers are guaranteed a Lizbie approved standard grade item. If you are getting an enamel pin, please refer to my pin grading guide here: https://lizbiecafe.com/pages/pin-grading
DELAYS: There is always a chance for production delays. I will do my best to communicate any issues during the production process through timely updates.

☆ SHIPPING ☆
Kind reminder that there is only 1 person grading and packaging your rewards.
FEES: You are responsible to pay any duties or taxes if you live outside of the United States. Backerkit will not collect these fees.
𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦: Be sure to check your address information! You will be reminded before addresses are locked for final deliveries.
TRACKING: All packages will be sent with a tracking number. You will be emailed by Pirateship with this number to the email you have provided with this campaign.
MIS-DELIVERIES: Lizbie Cafe is not responsible for any lost or mis-delivered packages. Please make sure when providing shipping information that it is correct.
TIMELINE: Please understand the timeline for shipping are only estimates and are not set in stone.

Refunds and cancellations are not accepted after your payment has been processed.
If you do not fill out your survey within 3 months your pledge will be assumed as a donation.
